Are you ready to embrace healthy living?

As your Health Coach, I provide a safe space to guide and help you feel the confidence and support you need to overcome your challenges.

I believe a healthful lifestyle should be gentle, balanced and enjoyable!

I encourage you to listen to your body, embrace movement styles that work best for you, enjoy wholesome foods and nourish yourself to flourish by understanding the idea of bio-individuality & the circle of life. I help you to dig deep into the root cause of anything that is keeping you back from feeling your best, limiting your potential 

 

BEING HEALTHY DOESN'T HAVE TO BE HARD

most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good & bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.

It's rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As an integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify your core mind, body and spirit challenges, so that you can overcome them with confidence. Only then, will you be able to fully embrace who you are and start living a happier and healthier life.

Small steps to health, wellness & conscious living

I also have a children's wellbeing program which includes daily habits, exercise, breath work & nutrition. I think it is imperative for children to be physically & nutritionally literate,

in order to make wise well-being choices as adults. Children today are exposed to artificial foods, GMO'S, the Internet and lead a sedentary lifestyle. Childhood obesity & diabetes is on the rise and now more than ever children need to be introduced to a circle of life that not only supports them physically but mentally, spiritually & emotionally too.
